Yoga is a relaxation technique that consists of three parts: body postures, breathing exercises and mind. Complete the module to learn more about Yoga practices for renewing your body. The module will introduce Yoga practices for promoting wellness. Yoga can even be practiced in 5-minute sessions at your desk. 

There is evidence that Yoga promotes self-compassion, positive outlook, mindfulness, wellbeing and quality patient care. Practicing Yoga decreases stress, symptoms of anxiety, symptoms of depression, physiological measures, pain and somatic complaints.
