Physical activity to address burnout has two components, aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise, which can be practiced at various levels of intensity. Complete the module to learn more about how to utilize Physical Activity to renew your body. The module will introduce exercises that can be practiced in a variety of settings, intensity and duration. Physical activity guidelines will be provided for maximizing benefit. Physical Activity benefits can be experienced in as little as 5 minutes.

There is evidence that practicing Physical Activity promotes well-being, sleep, physical functioning, cognitive functioning, and mental health. Practicing Physical Activity decreases burnout, stress, anxiety and symptoms of depression.
