Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT), also known as Tapping, utilizes a combination of acupressure and cognitive behavior therapy. Complete the module to learn more about how to utilize EFT to renew your mind. The module will introduce you to the steps of EFT that can easily be practiced anywhere. One EFT session can be completed in under 5 minutes.
Practicing EFT decreases symptoms of anxiety, burnout and stress.
