Psychological Detachment
Psychological Detachment is the act of engaging in a recovery experience from work. Complete the module to learn more about four different Psychological Detachment recovery experiences. While Psychological Detachment recovery practices should be practiced consistently, they don’t require large amounts of time to accomplish.
There is evidence that Psychological Detachment promotes mindfulness, sleep, activities outside of work and emotional regulation and decreases stress and psychosomatic complaints.
