Psychological Detachment is the act of engaging in a recovery experience from work. Complete the module to learn more about four different Psychological Detachment recovery experiences. There is evidence that Psychological Detachment promotes mindfulness, sleep, activities outside of work and emotional regulation and decreases stress and psychosomatic complaints.
